In Part 2, Statue VII of the Rule (Of the Diaspora of the Province) it reads:
- Tertiaries not connected with a Fellowship shall be 'tertiaries-at-large', constituing the Diaspora of a Custodia or Province.
- The Diaspora shall, where possible, be organized as a Fellowship, and some effort made to overcome the isolation and separation of its scattered members, and to introduce a spirit of fellowship among them.
The purpose of our "Sunday night chats" is to make "some effort to overcome the isolation and separation of its scattered members, and to introduce a spirit of fellowship among them".
