Full Oblates may choose to be vested. Vestments may be worn at all liturgical and church functions. The vestments consist of a traditional Third Order Franciscan alb and long scapula. The alb is to be black in color. The scapula is to be gray in color. And they are to be cinctured with a white cord. Simple hairstyles and footwear are appropriate, and personal cleanliness is encouraged.
